About The Owner

Growing up in the desert, Eric Thomas never expected to find his life’s work on the water. After several years in the restaurant industry, he took a job in a steel yard, welding and working with architectural sheet metal.
Later, he became maintenance supervisor at Pleasant Harbor Marina in the northwest suburbs of Phoenix. There, he fell in love with the work and gained valuable experience with docks and boat lifts. In 2006 he launched Boat Lift Technicians, where he has been serving lakes and marinas throughout Arizona and the Southwest ever since.
Eric takes a hands-on approach to his work. On any given day, you’re likely to find him in the water, getting his hands dirty. He oversees all work, ensuring quality execution from start to finish. You might also find him behind the scenes, writing proposals and making calls. 
Eric and his family live in Glendale, Arizona.
